What if my drone is above sea and looses both GPS and 5.8 GHz control? Will it: - go with the wind until there is a fix and then RTH? - or immediately try to land? Most devices only need 3 satellites for a GPS fix. Is that true for the Phantom as well? I always assumed the 6 threshold was to...

Did you actually also do a test with the camera disconnected? Would it be easy to shield the radiation coming from the camera?

Looks to me the issue is related to shutdowns with open file. By playing it back you open the file as well. Make sure you first stop playing back before the shutdown. Out even better don't play back at all. Just hit stop recording and than power off

Ah, I just found this on the wiki. When you switch to ATTI. Mode, MC will disengage enhanced failed-safe mode, you can re-gain control of quad-rotor.

So let's make my question more clear. Is the 20m limit a result of the fail safe mode? Can I switch that off?

How do you connect it to the transmitter?

Today I had my first crash at the beach. I live on a hill and is where I usually lift off. When I fly out to sea I have to lower my quad under 0m. I do this all the time but today something strange happened. My battery level indicator of the battery of the drone turned red at a level of 68%...

With the new firmware the Phantom is limited to descend 2 m/s which is way too slow. I know it's a safety limit, but I like to increase the descending speed. I couldn't find a option in the software. Is there a trick to change this? Thanks

Hello, I found some old announcements that the Vision+ would also be capable of flying using a number of pre set waypoints. This will probably arrive through a firmware upgrade. Can someone confirm this and how long do we have to wait for this great feature? Thanks, Ron
