    Phantom 3 connection issues

    I recently acquired a Phantom 3 Pro I can not get controller to connect to drone. It has had 1 registered owner and a second owner that says he flew it. I don’t know if it need unregistered by first owner. And second owner and I could not get it to fly. What am I missing.
