Yeah it would, you would need a modified controller though to use the range extender.

Looking at buying a used Phantom. Can you do this or do you need the original remote? The GL358WA remote?

Are you guys still planning on doing runs with the P3 once it gets nice out? I know new models are out now.

The compact drone part of it is cool. But I don't take selfies, idk what I'd use the camera for other than using the drone itself. There's no controller, I know even the Tello has that capability.
