Third Target worked for me. Both were sealed. Both are part 133. One came in the brown box, the other one came in the retail white box. Guest Service guy gave me the price match on both because it took him so long to sort it out. 6 is enough for me.

Its a harmonic vibration that the motors are making. Jet aircraft make the exact same sound when engine sync is not turned on. When hovering like that they are spinning at very close to the same speed. As you start maneuvering the sound should go away as the motor speeds will be quite different...
