No not 3.1.18, that's for Android. 3.1.8 is the best for iOS.

I think the last iOS version that stays in FCC mode is 3.1.8. I managed to install that on my iPad using iTunes and a guide I found using Google.

3.1.46 is out since fall. I'm using that one and have gone longer than you @Optikn3v. I'm at 1.5.40 firmware. Try 3.1.46 and see if it works better? Maps is working in that version.

You could try the modded 3.1.18 version of the DJI app since the region check is turned off there.
