You're right. And trust me, there was always that hint of doubt when I was flying it. But I have many many flights under my belt and the phantom has never failed on me.

I live in the University Area of Charlotte and I just got into the hobby with a 1.1.1 phantom with a recently installed tarot gimbal W/GoPro3+ Black. Fpv gear soon to come! Anyone live around/near?

I haven't tried anything as of yet. And I don't think I'll be flying over water way too often so I don't see a need for it. Maybe for peace of mind, but I'm pretty comfortable with my flying :D

Kassio, I just got the adapters that you used and im now trying to install them. How did you? I'm not sure which way it goes. Could you post a close up picture of how you have it setup? Thanks!
