    Help on first major purchase

    Mavic Pro, no question for me. The P4 Standard has the same camera I believe. You'd have to go up to the p4p for it to be better. I'm not sure if the Air has a better camera, but the Mavic is proven.

    Monitor used to fly.

    I'm new to this, but I've been using a lenovo tab 4 10.1 with my p4p for the last two weeks and zero issues other than hard to see in bright sun. I have all notifications and sync and auto updates turned off, and very few apps installed other than those used in flying or preparing to fly.

    Hard cases

    I have the case club compact without wheels and it seems very well made to me. Can't store with props on, but the larger one with wheels, you can.
